Be a Bitch With a Clue

Where are the happy women?  I don’t know about you, but when I look around-there just don’t seem to be a lot of happy women out there–no matter what their ideology.  All I see is women bitching, depressed, or anxious.  I am a 50 year old, M.D., mother of four kids, and happily married for over 25 years.  And I am not just “happy” I am living a fulfilling and meaningful life.  My husband and children value and respect me, I am a well-being educator–which means I get to empower other people towards their best life every day (which I really enjoy) and I don’t feel disenfranchised by the system around me, mainly because I make my own destiny and am not the victim of my circumstances.  

I have a roadmap to happiness that doesn’t take you back to the stone ages of the 1950’s–like women on the right want you to do.  And this path doesn’t take you down the road of being constantly angry about how we don’t get the respect we deserve because we aren’t men–like the left rages about.  It is an intellectually honest, evidence-based, balanced jouney towards self-development that ends in you finding your purpose, inspiring respect and contributing to the health, well-being, success and happiness of yourself and the people around you.  When this is in place, you will have an authentic confidence that will most likely win the label of a bitch–but you won’t be a clueless bitch–you will be a bitch with a clue.
